What's different about this class? 

This 70 minute asana class uses visualization techniques, kriyas, and breath-work to help balance the body's central nervous system.


We live in an age of over-stimulation and hypervigilance.


This class resets the mind/body connection to its natural state of inner harmony and universal rhythm. Props suggested: 2 large books/blocks, 2 bed pillows/bolster, belt/tie/strap, cozy blanket, mat, sleep mask/eye pillow.

Monthly themes include advanced sequencing, inversions, arm balances, backbends, chakra alignment, and more. Music is a driving force in Nikki's classes. Be sure to follow her Spotify Class list.
