Directions to Kilowatt Studios at 4 West 43rd Street, Room 803

  1. Location: Kilowatt Studios is located at 4 West 43rd Street, Room 803, on the 8th floor, between 5th and 6th Avenues in New York, NY

  2. By Subway:

    • Take the B, D, F, M train to 42nd Street-Bryant Park.

    • Or take the 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R, W, 7 train to Times Square-42nd Street.

    • Walk east along 43rd Street. The studio is located on the right side of the street.

  3. By Bus:

    • Take the M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, or M42 bus lines to 42nd Street.

  4. Landmarks:

    • The studio is a short walk from Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal, near the New York Public Library on 5th Avenue.

  5. Building Entry:

    • Enter the building through the main door and check in with the front desk.

  6. Accessing Room 803:

    • Take the elevator to the 7th floor.

    • Once you exit the elevator, do not go up the first staircase you see; this leads to a different dance studio.

    • Walk down the hallway past the restrooms until you reach the staircase at the other end of the hall.

    • Take these stairs up to the 8th floor. Room 803 will be easy to find from there.

  7. Facilities:

    • Restrooms and changing rooms are available on the 7th floor.

    • A small closet with a water cooler is located at the end of the hall on the 7th floor. You are welcome to use these facilities, but please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down.

  8. House Rules:

    • Be cautious around the mirrors; do not lean on or touch them.

    • Ensure you take all of your belongings and any trash when you leave.

As a Multidisciplinary Artist, Nikki fluidly integrates the ancient wisdom of Yoga with creative empowerment and Artistic insight. She is a classically trained professional Dancer having studied at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School, a record-holding National performer in Dramatic Arts, a 500-hour certified Yoga and Meditation teacher in the Ishta lineage, and initiated Balinese Quantum Healer under Spiritual Guru, Made Lunas. 

 

Nikki also holds certifications in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and yoga for emotional healing, making her unique blend of ancestral and somatic techniques accessible to all. Her ability to draw from her Trinidadian heritage and diverse, multi-faceted background makes her one of the most sought-after teachers, who seamlessly bridges Science with Spirituality and Art with Healing.
