The healing journey is far from linear, and there is no timeline attached to our unique individual processes.


In fact, when triggers arise, they can often set us towards a path which seems like itโ€™s going backwards, but with radical self-acceptance and fierce compassion, we can bring a sense of PEACE into our daily lives. Whether youโ€™re healing from a toxic relationship, narcissistic abuse, an unhealthy environment, loss of a job, or grieving, when peace is cultivated within, we become the healing we deserve to experience in the world.

Return to this practice as often as you need. It's taken decades for me to lovingly and continually release some of the most painful traumas in my life....and it's still a work in progress! Whenever a trigger arises, we get better at handling how it affects us. With radical self-acceptance and fierce compassion, we can bring a sense of PEACE into our daily lives.
