During this deeply soulful practice, you will be guided to peel layers which no longer serve you. This in-depth practice, focuses on honoring and illuminating sacred feminine energy. When we are out of alignment with our feminine energy, it is usually due to over working, anxiety, stress, over production, goal orientation and constant over action. Our nervous system can become overstimulated and thus, we can feel lethargic, unhappy, stagnant, and eventually, angry. Nurturing our feminine energy allows us to rest as needed so we can be gentle with ourselves, experiencing compassion with ease and grace. This practice will allow an awakening and reclaiming of the Divine Feminine within you. Using sacred wisdom techniques from both Yoga Science and her own ancestral lineage in tribal healing, Nikki will guide you to explore feminine movements through form and dance. Her background as a dancer and artist lends the wisdom of Movement's potency and healing medicine. This beautiful practice invites a deep layer of healing from the Earth's Divination.
