Interested in booking a Movement event for your guests? Experience the unique Signature format 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗵: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁®. This wellness hybrid is the perfect blend of Yoga Science and Dance choreography. Inspired from the wisdom traditions of Kriya Yoga and Nikki's professional career as a dancer, your guests will experience movement in non-linear form. You will experience and incorporate mantra, visualization, and sacred kriyas from the ISHTA lineage to help unlock the dormant and stagnant energies within the subtle body. Instead of practicing asana, you will be invited to move in accordance with your body's personal wisdom. Options to follow simple choreography is always at your discretion. Nikki's career as professional dancer gives her a unique perspective to teaching dance to all levels. She has performed and danced with Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg, Ledisi, Kat DeLuna, Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz, Ultra Nate, The Bollywood Awards, MTV, Verizon, Dodge and many more. She has taught ages 5 - 70+ and is well versed in multiple styles of dance including ballet, jazz, theatre, contemporary, heels, house, and hip-hop. Trained at the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School in NYC, her artistry has been shared at Broadway Dance Center, Peridance, New Dance Group Studios, LAX and Studio Harmonic in Paris, Dansegulvet in Denmark, Sweden's WAYIN Studio, Tanzwerk 101 in Zurich and others. If movement and dance calls your soul, embrace your inner artist. This session is designed for you to learn choreography as a dancer. The class will be recorded for your benefit, so you can have limited access to practice your choreography. If you are an artist seeking choreography for a performance, please be sure to specify and share all details. ALL levels are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
