𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯?

These days the moral fiber of the question is testing humanity at our greatest capacity. We often think that we are humane, ethically conscious, and even enlightened to a certain extent, but it behooves us to evaluate the question:

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯?

For some, it’s living through political ideology. For others, adhering to ancient books and religious ideals governs their humanity. For 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢, being human goes beyond texts, creeds, politics, and religion.

• 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 is the ability to see ourselves in every person we meet. • 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 is the ability to understand the complexity of seemingly different experiences we have, while still maintaining integrity for the vibration of LOVE. • 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 is feeling love for no reason, whatsoever, towards another human being….even those who’ve wronged you.

And can that be challenging?

Unequivocally, yes.

But…

We do not need to fight ourselves or each other. In fact, this is precisely why, when the 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗟 is ready to embark on the most challenging journey of human existence, aka the evolution of the soul, one will inadvertently move away from dogmatic views and binary beliefs and move towards complete 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬.

To truly live the practice of Yoga, means that our human experience merges with the energetic forces of both material and quantum planes.

𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘴: • 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 means dedicating ourselves to being neither offensive or defensive. • 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 means understanding the myriad of energetic forces beyond human comprehension, beyond intellect and understanding…surpassing cerebral mind. • 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 means seeing ourselves in another first, and cultivating empathy, compassion, and nonviolence towards each other and all beings.

So what does it mean to be 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 for you?
